  • American Association of Suicidology The American Association of Suicidology is an education and resource organization. Does not provide direct services. If you are in crisis and need immediate help, please call 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
  • Gay & Lesbian National Hotline is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization that is dedicated to meeting the needs of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community and those questioning their sexual orientation and gender identity. We are an outgrowth of the Gay & Lesbian National Hotline, which began in 1996 and now is a primary program of the GLBT National Help Center.
  • Kristin Brooks Hope Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to suicide prevention, intervention and healing by providing a single point of entry to community-based crisis services through innovative telephony and internet based technologies; by bringing national attention and access to services for postpartum depression and other women's mood disorders; through education and advocacy; through formal research and evaluation of crisis line services; and by championing the need for national funding for community-based suicide prevention crisis services.
  • Miami-Dade County, Office of Emergency Management Our purpose is to lessen the impact of disasters by meeting the needs of our community through planning and coordination of information and resources.
  • South Florida Workforce South Florida Workforce provides high-quality employment and training solutions to job seekers, workers, and employers to foster regional economic growth.
  • Teach More Love More The Teach More/Love More hotline is an early childhood clearinghouse that provides a wide range of services. Started in September 2001, the program includes a trilingual (English, Spanish, Creole) hotline available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, case management and advocacy services, and mailed materials. The Teach More/Love More Hotline targets parents and/or guardians of children ages five and under, caregivers and others. The program provides information on early care and education, health and safety, parenting, as well as children with special needs and other early childhood issues. The program also maintains a comprehensive database of early childhood and parenting support programs available in Miami-Dade County and can be reached by calling 305-631-8111.
  • The Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) Provides programs and services to prevent the onset of illegal drug use, underage alcohol and tobacco use, and to reduce the negative consequences of using substances.
